Great location clean and comfortable room
Great location, staff speaks English well and very friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel reception helped us out in calling taxis when needed.
No water dispenser or bottled water for guests, other than vending machines at lobby. A side note (not a dislike) - we arrived earlier than anticipated of about 30 mins before check in time of 3 pm. Was told that room was ready and reception helped us with check in process and registration. However as it is still 25 mins to check in time (after registration), unless we pay for early check in, we cant get our keys till 3 pm. Thought this was a bit rigid/inflexible and could have allow us to just check in to rest as it was heatwave week since room was ready. In any case, we were helped with our luggages and walked around abit till 3pm.

Good experience. Would recommend Mimaru in general.
Room size, bathroom were good for family of 3. Staff were friendly and polite. Place was clean, trash was taken out daily, and towels were replaced everyday.
Location is a bit of a walk to the subway.
